Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading organisation who are in search of a Sales Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.


Overview:

This is a client facing role working in their Westerham Office.

You will be expected to work in a confident manner, have good telephone, listening and time management skills and be able to interpret Client's requirements, translating these into actual sales.

You will be expected to find and follow up sales in all sectors.

This is a great opportunity to work in a sector that will constantly have a high demand for sales


Salary £32K plus bonus

Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00 or 9:00 - 17:30pm

Must be driver due to location

Specific Tasks:


  • Effectively maintain and retain existing customers and identify new customers, working to build longterm relationships through effective client liaison from initial enquiry through to aftercare advice
  • Ensure all sales meet agreed profit margins
  • Produce quotes, negotiate terms of agreements and close sales
  • In association with the Commercial Manager make submissions that maximise the opportunity for our client to win relevant tender opportunities, whilst meeting agreed profit margins
  • Liaise with the Design Team to produce product layout plans that meet customer need
  • Have detailed knowledge of the project range and be able to provide technical advice and data to clients
  • Work with the Project Team to make sure that larger installations meet customer requirements
  • Liaise with the Operations Team to ensure Customer expectations on installation are managed and met
  • Participate in discussions regarding product developments / changes that further meet customer requirements
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, develop solutions and make recommendations to Management
  • Always maintain the CRM timeline
  • As a minimum meet monthly and yearly personal and Sales Team Targets
  • Represent the Company at exhibitions, networking events and trade fairs to promote and sell our products
  • Monitor competitors by gathering relevant current marketplace information on pricing, products and new products
  • Work with the Group Marketing Manager to develop Sales Strategies and campaigns for your sector
  • Support the strategic development of the company, keeping up to date with product trends and development, reporting on this in order that the business can remain at a competitive advantage
  • Provide analysis and feedback on sales achievements and targets

Desirable experience

  • B2B sales experience across the construction, local authorities, public sector
  • Project management
  • Business acumen experience (profit margins, budgets, business strategy)
  • Product sales and installations
  • Market research

Salary £32k plus bonus

Monday to Friday

22 days plus bank holiday
