Main Duties of the Job
Join us at Locala Community Partnerships, a Community Interest Company (CIC) delivering NHS services to over 400,000 people in Kirklees. Be part of our OPAT team providing IV therapy to patients at home, preventing unnecessary hospital admissions.
The role requires excellent communication and clinical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and within a team. Collaboration with key stakeholders is crucial to ensure service delivery.
