We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated support worker, to join our team based at Charlton House.

Charlton House is a modern Community Resource Centre (CRC) based in Keynsham which is registered to provide care and support for residents needing residential, nursing and dementia care.


The available post is on a part-time basis covering 25.23 hours per week, on a 4-week rota, on permanent basis.


As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing
  • Promote resident's independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the best standards of care
  • Adhere to and complete accurate and timely records of the care and support provided to residents
  • Providing support to access third party and NHS services
  • Be a strong team player and work on own initiative when needed
  • Promote positive lifestyle choices, offering individuals the opportunity and motivation to achieve their best
