We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated support worker, to join our team based at Charlton House.

Charlton House is a modern Community Resource Centre (CRC) based in Keynsham which is registered to provide care and support for residents needing residential, nursing and dementia care.

The available post is on a part-time basis covering 25.23 hours per week, on a 4-week rota, on permanent basis.

As a Support Worker, you will:

Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing
Promote resident's independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the best standards of care
Adhere to and complete accurate and timely records of the care and support provided to residents
Providing support to access third party and NHS services
Be a strong team player and work on own initiative when needed
Promote positive lifestyle choices, offering individuals the opportunity and motivation to achieve their best
