Our client, an award-winning sustainability company at the forefront of positive change, is seeking an exceptional
Executive Assistant to directly support the Director.
With a strong focus on partnering with influential campaigns, events, and renowned influencers, this is your chance to work with an organisation that is making a real difference in the world.
If you have previous project management experience and have been involved in the success of high profile events, we would love to hear from youResponsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Draft, proofread, and edit various documents, including agreements, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure deadlines are met by effectively managing and prioritising tasks.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and positive relationships.
- Collaborate with the PR, Marketing, and Communications teams to support campaign initiatives and events.
- Assist in the organisation and coordination of highprofile events and campaigns.
- Conduct research and compile information as requested.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage a varied workload that includes research, reporting, media pitching, editorial development, creative idea generation, and administration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a PR, Marketing, or Communications environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to effectively convey messages and ideas.
- Be a confident team player, capable of collaborating with colleagues across different departments.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Previous Social media management skill will be beneficial,
- A lateral thinker with a proactive mindset and the ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
- Confident and professional demeanor, with the ability to represent the company in a positive light.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional European languages would be beneficial.
