- Collaborate with the CEO, manage all strategic finance matters, encompassing monthly accounting, reporting, budgets, and the annual finance planning process.
- Lead, manage, and foster the development of the finance teams.
- Maintain and review the finance risk register and fixed asset register.
- Work with the external auditor during the annual audit process and the preparation of audited accounts.
