    The Operations team at Griffin is the mindful engine room, driving our success. You'll be helping us build and run a truly resilient bank that centres around bringing value to our customers.

    Strong knowledge of AML, CTF and fraud regulations, as well as industry best practice in the design and operation of systems and controls for financial crime prevention.

    Experience working within financial services in the UK, ideally within an EMI/PI, a fintech and/or a challenger bank.
    We're hybrid-remote, and most of your colleagues will not share an office with you on a day-to-day basis. A high degree of comfort adopting new software tools for document drafting, collaboration and communication.

    A love of writing - we have a major amount of written documentation that you will be contributing to, and we place a high degree of importance on clarity and readability (you can find out more here about how we write ).

    Developing and ongoing enhancement of financial crime systems and controls.

    Experience with user acceptance testing to ensure financial crime requirements are embedded in financial crime systems and controls before go-live.

    Taking operational insights from business as usual activity and translating them into financial crime improvements to systems and controls.

    BaaS or SaaS experience would be a bonus

    Work closely with Product and Engineering teams as a subject-matter-expert to help design and build systems and controls to support our capabilities for our customers and ensure that financial crime prevention considerations are appropriately incorporated from the outset.

    Keep up to date with emerging regulatory changes in so far as they relate to financial crime prevention, and ensure that our technology systems and products stay in compliance with these.
