We are looking for a full-time
Trainee Generalist Adviser to join our CORE Advice Teamon afixed-term basis (with possible extension depending on funding).

You will support people in South Derbyshire, Derby City, East Staffordshire, Tamworth and surrounding areas by providing advice on the full range of generalist enquiry areas, in particular Welfare Benefits and Debt, maintaining Citizens Advice quality standards and achieving performance targets.

The essentials:

Salary £20,319 pa (upon successful completion of training and reaching competence in the role salary scale would be between £21,266 to £24,000)
Hours of Work per week

Location

Citizens Advice Mid Mercia providing support across offices in Church Gresley, Derby City, and Tamworth; and includes possible remote working
Start Date: ASAP
