The Administration and Resource Officers main duties will include; liaising and supporting the coordination of suppliers, supporting the dissemination and coordination of resources and organising and supporting the planning of meetings/events.
The post holder will be required to communicate and liaise with staff and members of partner organisations, produce work to deadlines whilst ensuring compliance with Public Health Wales policies.
This is a key supporting role in the effective running of the team, which includes the management of resources as part of the core duties.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Public Health Wales' Policy and International Health Directorate has been designated as a World Health Organization (WHO) Collaborating Centre (CC) on Investment for Health and Well-being, becoming part of a global network of more than 800 WHO CCs.
We work closely with the WHO, the Welsh Government and other national and international partners and networks to develop, gather and share expertise, information, intelligence and innovative approaches and tools, informing policy and practice.
