Description

The Ocean Partnership has been engaged to recruit an experience Product Strategist for a global Real Estate entity. This role has responsibility for the development and execution of the fund raising strategy globally to support AUM growth.

As the Product Strategist, you will work closely with the Portfolio Manager and be the conduit between the investment teams and clients.

Key remits:

Prepare comprehensive fundraising and marketing campaign.
Produce thought leadership on the market environment, investment opportunities, and the competitive environment.
Coordination of prospective client roadshows, identification of key regions and prospective clients.
Producing marketing and pitch materials for to differentiate offering.
Respond to consultant requests for proposal (RFP's) and client due diligence questionnaires (DDQ's).
Driving market planning, positioning and distribution preparation including Measurement, Tracking and Reporting of client pipelines.
Develop internal communication materials including fact sheets and presentation.

Experience:

Proven product strategy experience in Private Equity Real Estate with Value Add or Opportunistic style market
Deep understanding of complex Private Equity Real Estate ideally with European clients
Proven experience working in fund raising campaigns
Experience gained in Alternatives/Real Estate Strategy, Investment, Portfolio Management, Distribution or Consulting
