In anticipation of a new Fund raise in 2023, our client is currently seeking to recruit up to 3 Associates to focus on supporting Partners on further expansion into Northern European investments.


Working as part of a small, collaborative team, this is a true 360 degree role, incorporating all aspects of the private equity investment cycle.

Responsibilities will include screening and evaluating investment opportunities, managing transactions throughto completion and working closely with management teams on delivering growth and value creation.

The team has a genuinely entrepreneurial feel, works closely and in a highly collaborative style with their management teams and their investment track recordto date is top quartile for both their previous Funds.


Skills


Previous exposure to working on private equity deals is advantageous, as is a desire to work in an entrepreneurial and intellectually curious environment.

Training will be provided, but having good EQ and the raw skill set of having an investor mindset arekey.
