2nd/3rd Line Support, Hybrid Working - York, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom - concept resourcing

Description

My client, a leading provider of hardware, software and managed IT services are looking for a 3rd line engineer to join their team on a permanent full time basis.

This includes Public and Private Cloud, Networking, and Systems Infrastructure.
Administering diverse computer networks and environments, including software, hardware, and configurations.
Monitoring and patching of an Azure Stack System, conducting disaster recovery operations, and data backups as needed.
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Proactively monitoring system performance and implementing optimisations.
Managing and monitoring installed systems and infrastructure.
Participating in the Out of Hours on-call rota.
Proven experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows and Linux based environments.
Experience with monitoring systems (eg Logic Monitor, SolarWinds, PRTG etc.)
Good networking knowledge and experience of OSI (Open Systems Interconnection) network layers, TCP/IP
Experience of producing quality support documentation
CCNA, MCSA, VCP or similar
