Our client is a fast growing healthcare sector organisation which is already one of the top players in its market and is on a fast trajectory to becoming number 1 in its field.

They are seeking an experienced immigration solicitor to take on a business critical role, where you will be front and centre of helping the organisation achieve its growth plans.

Reporting into the Head of Legal, you will be the lead solicitor on all immigration matters linked to the businesses onboarding of international employees, for which there is a constant flow and pipeline

The business requires a solicitor with significant experience leading on their own immigration matters.

You will be responsible for managing the entire application processes for a large quantity of immigration applications and you will benefit from the support of external law firms on any overflow or more niche matters.

The salary is reflective of this being a senior solicitor role and the business offers the opportunity for you to work 80% from home, with just 1 day per week required in the East Midlands office.
