Development officer (end to end) - MSV Housing

**Development Project Manager (pre contract)

**Reporting to the Development Programme Manager, the Development Project Manager's key responsibilities, as an essential member of the team, you will work to secure new business opportunities and project manage the delivery of projects in Pre Contract to agreed time, cost and quality parameters.

**Development Project Manager (post contract)

**You will project manage the delivery of post-contract projects within the organisations development programme to agreed time, cost and quality parameters: you will deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders including customers, internal colleagues and external partners and you will manage the delivery of post completion customer journey processes.

**Development Officer (end to end)
**Assisting with the delivery of new developments working in accordance with MSV's Growth Plan and Development policies and procedures. Project managing individual development schemes from inception, design, construction and completion. Assisting the Development Manager to provide effective contract management and financial control across a portfolio of projects.
