We are looking for EXPERIENCED RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS or anyone with strong SALES EXPERIENCE for a HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT company based in the Hertford area.

The role will consist of resourcing healthcare professionals for the NHS and private healthcare sectors. The company is rapidly growing and require individuals with recruitment experience or sales from ANY industry.

Job responsibilities of a recruiter

Sourcing professionals in the healthcare industry for placements around the UK from a variety of platforms such as Linkedin, social media forums, internal database, headhunting, referrals etc.
Account management
Successfully drive sales and margin growth, working closely with the Team Leader to achieve team targets.
