FMCG sector
£They work with an array of brands from different sectors across media, tech, public, through to FMCG & Retail. They specialise in using neuroscience and behavioural psychology methodologies to figure out the key influences behind decision making, what makes people tick, what excites them and what makes them choose the brands that they do.
All of their research is bespoke to the needs of the client, there are no 'off the shelf' solutions.
They're looking for an Associate Director to work in their FMCG team.
This team work across ad hoc and tracking, you won't have massive BD targets but you'll be writing proposals and be interested in the commercial side of the role.
They use truly innovative and creative tools, all backed by neuroscience and behavioural science to get a true picture of the consumer and what drives them.
This is a great opportunity to not only be part of a great, close-knit team, but also to solidify your research skills across both traditional and emerging approaches.
