Join our dynamic team focused on connecting with potential and current customers, including new leads generated by our marketing initiatives.

These individuals are generally well-informed and enthusiastic about our product, seeking to schedule visits, attend our career seminars and participate in pilot selections.

In this role, you'll work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) with the support needed to reach your targets. While benefiting from guidance, you are also encouraged to exhibit initiative and manage your time independently.


Your responsibilities include educating prospective customers about the numerous opportunities, career prospects, and details of our courses and scholarship programmes.

Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in closing deals, processing payments/deposits, and upholding our Company's positive brand image through professional phone interactions.


Operating Monday to Friday, your hard work and commitment will be rewarded as you build a robust pipeline, connecting with leads generated primarily through social media marketing and industry awareness campaigns.


Engaging with prospective businesses, you'll excel at capturing essential customer information and utilising exceptional rapport-building skills to establish lasting relationships.

Success in meeting KPIs/targets is crucial, understanding that not every call results in a sale. Focus on building a solid pipeline and maintaining relationships is paramount.

This role involves high outbound calls and revenue targets.

Progression opportunities within the role, including potential promotion to lead a sales team, await those who exceed targets and contribute significantly to team expansion through their dedication and hard work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Making around 100+ calls a day to qualified leads, existing customers and new enquiries.
  • Hitting daily, weekly and monthly targets and working strictly to KPIs.
  • Closing new business.

You will:


  • Be a targetdriven individual who is capable of meeting targets and enjoys exceeding them.
  • Have a professional telephone manner with the ability to confidently control a conversation and efficiently manage your time to achieve the required volume of sales calls.
  • Be selfmotivated, and a strong communicator and with good influencing skills.
  • Be committed to excellence and maintaining standards.
  • Demonstrate ability to drive innovation and think creatively.
  • Have an ambitious and competitive nature be enthusiastic about driving growth and engage with our rewarding bonus structure
  • Be a quick learner who will pick up the company background and be flexible to recognise the needs of prospective customers.
  • Have had previous experience of selling over the phone and will be comfortable working in an environment that is resultsdriven.
  • Be a positive individual with a thick skin who is happy to adopt the Company ethos and challenge themselves by constantly pushing for improvement.
  • Be IT literate, preferably experienced in using CRM software.
  • Be a team player, capable of working with and communicating efficiently with the marketing and operations departments.

  • Flexibility to work according to the company's operational requirements including some weekends and evenings._

Salary
Basic salary commensurate with experience, with a generous OTE structure

£23,500.00 per year
