About the job role


The QA Operative must be strict and assess the quality of the IBCS coming off the production line, those that are not the correct quality should be knocked back.

It is important to ensure that the line feed is always full and correct in line with the deliveries going out.

The quality of the pallets and around the tank valve area should be checked to ensure they are 100% compliant.

Production sheets must be completed and reported on the board.


The QA must be aware of any recent quality complaints (Red Alerts) and ensure all IBCs that are signed off are fit to go straight to the customer and no further work is required.


Applicants

  • Quality experience of some type
  • Be able to use a tablet
  • Must have completed site paperwork previously.
  • Must have previous production experience.
  • Must be able to work additional hours when needed.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Can follow processes and procedures.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
