My client are offering a flexible hybrid role that would suit someone looking for a work life balance in a friendly and family orientated teamYou will be supporting the team and working with clients and accountants
- Preparation of monthly, subscription and ad hoc billing
- Monitoring and maintaining CCH workflows
- Monitoring deadlines accounts and tax
- VAT schemes set up
- Handling payroll interactions/disbursements
- Ownership of antimoney laundering processes on new and existing clients
- Liaising with clients when service agreements are due to end
- Ensuring HMRC authorities are up to date and monitored
- Submitting accounts to Companies House, tax returns and corporation tax returns
- Scanning client records to be sent for offshoring
- Billing forecasts and added value spreadsheet management
- Delivery of final accounts for signature
- Check payments on account
- Assisting with ad hoc project work
- Assisting the Heads of Team with onboarding new clients
SKILLS REQUIRED
- An ability to work quickly and accurately
- An eye for detail
- An ability to work to deadlines
- An ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
- Good computer skills (especially with databases and financial software) previous use of Xero essential
- An ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English
- Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential
- Solid knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles and practices
- Good analytical and numerical abilities
- Practice experience is highly desirable but not essential
