Are you a Social Media Lead / Head of Social Media looking to join an incredible integrated marketing agency in Leamington Spa? I am delighted to be working with this fab team as they begin the search for someone to lead their social media division.

As Social Media Lead you will be taking ownership of the social media function of the agency.

You will be working with clients to come up with social media strategies, growing and nurturing relationships and then hands-on in the delivery.

You will be leading a team of 2, helping them grow and develop in their career while remaining hands-on yourself.

This role will allow you to help grow the social media offering for the agency.
Strong experience in working with clients to develop and shape their social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
Experience in both organic and paid campaign planning and delivery
A passion for social media and love keeping up with the latest trends in social
Experience in account management and enjoy working with clients at different levels being consultative
Experience in Exec profiling would be a bonus
