Rent and Service Charge Accountant

Stoke-on-Trent (Newcastle-under-Lyme)

£36,970

Full time - 37 hours per week
We are recruiting to a new, exciting Rent & Service Charge Accountant position.


This new role within Aspire Housing is part of the enhancement of the Finance department, whose purpose is to lead an efficient and effective team that delivers a first class, holistic service putting customers at the heart of everything we do.


The Rent & Service Charge Accountant will take ownership of all aspects of Rent & Service Charge work, including budget setting, account reconciliation & customer queries.

Working closely with the Rent & Service Charge Manager, you will collaboratively identifyand deliver process improvements, improve internal controls and develop reports.


You will be responsible for managing a small team of Rent & Service Charge Assistants, who predominantly deal with income processing duties.
