The Finance team in the Cheshire office currently consists of 30 employees and there is a need for an Accounts Assistant to join the AP team.

The role...

Ensure purchase invoices are matched to purchase orders and are posted accurately and on a timely basis across UK & US ledgers
Communicate effectively with colleagues throughout the business to ensure compliance with the procurement process
Setting up vendor payment runs
Effectively work towards set targets including strict month end deadline
Assist the Global Services Manager with month end duties
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum of 2 years' experience working within an Accounts function
Good MS Excel skills with a desire to progress to an advanced level
A valuesled operator who acts as a beacon of integrity and trust and constantly demonstrates reliability
Strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability and desire to work in a fastpaced and everevolving environment
Have a systematic approach to work and an eye for detail.
