Part time (3 to 4 days per week)
Are you passionate about HR? have you got previous experience of working across the entire HR function? This highly successful, people orientated and creative media agency are now looking for a highly efficient and effective HR professional to join their team, and manage a range of HR disciplines.
The role will involve;
- Payroll collating data, checking information, preparing monthly for their accounts team
- Pension acting as their pension specialist, liaising with employees and the pension company
- Employee leave processing leave, holidays, maternity/paternity/sickness
- Benefits managing company and individual benefits, making amendments, assessing employee perks
- HR Documents drafting letters, contracts, employee documents
- Onboarding/offboarding managing process
- HR systems updating and managing their database
- Handbook updating their handbook and ensuring it is reflective of the business and ever changing laws/regulations.
- Previous experience of Payroll (filling out, making amendments) essential
- HR operations knowledge across all areas above
- Knowledge of pension's gained within a HR role essential
- Strong attention to detail, highly organised, process driven
