Description
Cellcycle has opened a new department where a requirement for a Technical operative has now become available.

As part of the production team you will be part of the challenge to keep a fast paced and efficient recycling process moving in a safe an compliant manner.

Supporting your colleagues and ensuring production tasks are completed promptly and right first time.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Loading and unloading of vehicles and containers
  • Safe processing and sorting of batteries
  • Planned disassembly of automotive and industrial batteries as per the production schedule
  • Ensuring safety checks throughout the warehouse and production facility
  • Helping out in team tasks such as cleaning equipment and stock audits

Experience / Qualification / Skills:


  • Engineering qualification minimum level 2 desirable, on the job training will be provided.
  • Experience in a fastpaced target driven environment essential
  • Forklift licence preferred
  • Vehicle loading experience beneficial
  • Banksman training beneficial
  • Fire extinguisher training beneficial
  • Good level of maths and English essential

  • Selfmotivation to work hard and complete tasks to the best of your ability.

Salary:
£7.49-£10.42 per hour
