Description

Job Purpose:

Cellcycle has opened a new department where a requirement for a General operative has now become available.

As part of the production team you will be part of the challenge to keep a fast paced and efficient recycling process moving in a safe an compliant manner.

Supporting your colleagues and ensuring production tasks are completed promptly and right first time.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Loading and unloading of vehicles and containers
  • Safe processing and sorting of batteries
  • Conducting safety checks throughout the warehouse and production facility
  • Helping out in team tasks such as cleaning equipment and checking stock

Experience / Qualification / Skills:


  • Experience in a fastpaced target driven environment preferred
  • Forklift licence preferred
  • Vehicle loading experience beneficial
  • Banksman training beneficial
  • Fire extinguisher training beneficial
  • Good level of maths and English essential

Personal Qualities:


  • Good timekeeping
  • Good attention to detail whilst working quickly
  • Selfmotivation to work hard and complete tasks to the best of your ability
  • Great communicator
  • Team player

Salary:
£6.83-£9.50 per hour
