- Proactively calling candidates to ascertain availability, targeting suitable candidates for priority shifts, and building the pipeline by encouraging candidates to upload future availability.
- Providing clients with regular updates on the progress of priority shifts
- Ensure maintenance of accurate records of workers, correctly recording all interactions on a database.
- Checking and replying to emails sent to the Bookings inbox in a timely manner
- Maintaining a sound knowledge of available candidates' skills and experience and the expectations of trust management
