We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator to join our Poole CAMHS team full time.

You will not only be part of a team of administrators working in a busy office, you will play a central role in the wider team, providing administrative expertise to the clinical staff.

The Poole CAMHS team is a caring and sociable with a strong team ethos.


We are proud to be part of the wider CAMH service in Dorset and all it has achieved in recent years, with its progress and developments being demonstrable.

Currently our CAMHS community services are rated Good and our CAMHS inpatient unit is rated as Outstanding.


Nationally CAMHS is under the spotlight; Dorset CAMHS has embraced this attention and has seized the opportunity to appraise how we offer core mental health services to the children, young people and families of Dorset and how we work together with our partner agencies in achieving this to a high standard.

We currently provide the following CAMHS services across Dorset:

  • 6 Community CAMHS teams
  • 1 Urban CAMHS Gateway team (assessment and brief intervention service) which is looking to expand to offer a panDorset service
  • 10 Bed adolescent inpatient unit
  • Dedicated CAMHS psychiatric liaison services within 3 acute hospitals
  • Out of Hours crisis service
  • Discovery College
  • Peer specialists working within our community and inpatient teams
