My client, a leading, global law firm is at the start of the implementation of a new Workday cloud-based HR HCM technology, and we are currently looking for support in an essential and exciting project for the next 12 months.


I am now looking to speak to experienced HR Workforce Analytics Analysts, with prior work experience with extensive knowledge of HR /People reporting technology and practices.


This role will suit an experienced individual who has a proven background of understanding customer requirement and delivering reports and Business Intelligence that informs business decisions in a forward facing organisation.

A confident, calm and crediblemanner with an excellent understanding of commercial drivers will ensure your success in this role.


Skills & Experience required:


  • Advanced use of Excel
  • High level awareness of GDPR and data governance
  • Deep understanding of HR technologies
  • Workday experience is desirable although not essential
  • Demonstrable skills in one or more selfservice BI tools, e.g. Power BI, QlikSense, Tableau
  • A systemic approach to work, Management and driving positive change
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • A demonstrable ability to build relationships at all levels of the firm
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Highly organised approach to work with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced project environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent written, and verbal communications skills with the ability to relate and communicate at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in all work
