The Role:


Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service deliver a wide range of change activities to meet the aims and objectives of the Safety Plan.

In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of our Operations Change Programme, working closely alongside several Project Managers and Change Leads across our Operational Directorate.

You will work with Change Leads to organise the planning and execution of a project which includes creating key documentation, scheduling tasks, capturing risks and reporting on progress through high light reports.

The role will have a direct impact on the efficiency and overall success of the project. Therefore we require an individual with excellent communication, organisational, logical thinking and problem solving skills.
