We are expanding our team in the Lord's Tavern and have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie and Sous Chef who are passionate about producing high-quality food to join our friendly, professional team.

The Role:

Produce a constant high standard and presentation of food
Assist in maintaining all legal health, hygiene, and safety records
Assist in ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained within the kitchen
Communicate within the team to ensure they all understand the parameters of the business through the Head Chef objectives
Assist in communication of any food, equipment, and logistic requirements in good time prior to all service times

Essential Skills:

Hold a current Level 2 Food Safety Award:

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food and beverages
A calm, selfmotivated, open minded, and innovative person who takes pride in their work
Able to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Thrive on a challenge
Teamplayer who is also able to work unsupervised
Hard working and dedicated
Flexible, reliable and punctual
Strong organisational skills
Strong communication skills
High standard of personal presentation

Desirable Skills You will ideally have worked at a high-profile venue, preferably within sports.
