Looking to kickstart your career in accounting? Interested in working for internationally recognised brand? We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Banbury client as a Graduate Accounts Payable Specialist on an initial10month maternity-cover contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the accounts payable team in processing invoices and credit notes, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionalsin the accounting field and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

As a graduate accounts payable specialist, you will be expected to:

Assist with reconciling vendor accounts to ensure accuracy
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment issues and enquiries
Support with the preparation of weekly payment runs
Maintain accurate and complete records of all transactions
Participate in special projects and process improvements
