Resident Involvement Co-Ordinator - Full Time Permanent (37 hours per week)
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Neighbourhood Inclusion Team in BCP Homes.

The postholder will ensure that residents are provided with a range of opportunities to get involved, to have a say, and to challenge the standard and delivery of their housing services.


Working as part of a small team, you will have a confident, friendly and flexible approach, be a good listener, have excellent written communication skills, be organised, and good at planning, managing and working to deadlines.


You will need to occasionally work outside of normal office hours, for which time off in lieu will be given.
