Thornbury Community Services(part of Acacium Group)**
Homebased with occasional national travel and office visits

Type:
Permanent, Full Time


Salary:
£40,000 per annum + £3,000 car allowance + up to 20% annual bonus

We have an exciting opportunity for a Partnership Manager to join our team You will be responsible for building and maintaining good working relationships with our stakeholders to ensure they recieve a world class customer service.


You will be responsible for the relationship with our customers, commissioners, and private case managers, ensuring that they are happy with our service, dealing with issues as they arise, and upselling our services to grow our current packages.

This isa sales driven role where you will be targeted on contract retention, contract governance and the growth of our brands from existing customers.

Every day you will...

  • Collaborate with the Business Manager to ensure that each package is set up correctly so that the clinical and operational teams can succeed in delivering what was agreed at point of sale with the customer
  • Lead on transition planning and delivery for packages moving externally and between Community Service brands
  • Drive sales, margin growth and business development
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through proactive communication and regular review cycles

In this role you must have...

  • Experience within sales or recruitment with a proven track record in achieving targets
  • Previous account management experience with the ability to build and maintain good working relationships
  • Previous experience working within healthcare (desirable)
