Description

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, forward thinking, flexible, motivated Radiotherapy Bookings Officer, ideally with experience of working in a customer/patient focused environment, to provide a full and comprehensive service to the Radiotherapy Department in relation to radiotherapy bookings, ensuring that all patients' appointments are booked within national guidelines and in accordance with radiotherapy procedures and work instructions.

The successful applicant will be required to provide a clerical service in relation to patient bookings and to work part of the day on the radiotherapy reception desk in support of the Therapeutic Radiographers involved with patient care.

Applicants must be able to work to a high standard, act under their own initiative under guidelines, have an aptitude for problem solving and demonstrate good organisational, administration and communication skills.

They will be keen to join our dedicated, patient focussed, friendly team of Radiographers who provide a high quality service.
