Description
We are currently looking to recruit an organised, experienced
Technical Administrator to provide timely, well organised, efficient and high-quality administrative support to the Technical team.
Role Responsibility
- Data entry of schedules and logging of technical enquiries on to online system
- Read workings drawings once training is provided
- Product knowledge to an extent to be able to answer queries to customers and inhouse.
- Undertake routine administrative tasks
- Establishment and maintenance of effective communications and working relationships with coworkers and customers
- Strong admin experience and use of various software packages
- Focused on customer service with ability to demonstrate good attention to detail
- Proven IT skills, ability to demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
