Housing Solutions Officer**:

Grade 6- £34341- £37725 pa
This is an opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our residents.

The qualities we are looking for this role is:

Energetic, professional, bright and enthusiastic people who embrace change positively and who wish to achieve better outcomes for people at risk of homelessness.
Negotiating and mediation skills, whilst being emphatic to these difficult circumstances.
An excellent team player who can multitask with ease.

Are you customer outcome focused, a clear thinker, able to interpret complex legislation and guidance, have excellent negotiating, conflict management and communication skills? If so, this role might be for you

The post is 36 hours per week, full time permanent.

The post holder will be required to participate in the Out Of Hours service rota.
