  • Maintain clear and concise communication with clients and third parties.
  • Provide highquality customer service at all times.
  • Organise and prioritise caseload to meet deadlines.
  • Keep uptodate with legislative changes within the professional services industry.
  • Collaborate effectively with the customer service team.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
  • Participate in company training and development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Remortgage Caseworker should have:

  • Proven remortgage or conveyancing experience.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Knowledge of remortgaging processes and legislation.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
