- Organise and prioritise caseload to meet deadlines.
- Keep uptodate with legislative changes within the professional services industry.
- Collaborate effectively with the customer service team.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
- Participate in company training and development initiatives.
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Remortgage Caseworker should have:
- Proven remortgage or conveyancing experience.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Knowledge of remortgaging processes and legislation.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
