Description

Exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part time Finance Admin Assistant to work for our electronic manufacturing client based in Plymouth.

Position to start ASAP.

£12 - £12.50 per hour Dependant on Experience.

3 days per week (Tues-Thur)

8am - 4pm (although we can be flexible)

2 months to start but with potential to extend

About You


A high level of PC literacy is essential, including excellent word processing skills with a good working knowledge of databases and Excel.

A flexible approach to work is essential.


Duties include:

  • Collating invoices
  • Managing Incoming and outgoing mail
  • Printing off RMA's
  • Collating paperwork
  • Scanning paperwork
  • Uploading documents
  • Processing credit using Plex
  • General Office Admin Support
