Contracts Manager - Birmingham - Fit out and Refurbihsment projects - up to £65,000 + Package
Do you have experience managing a range of refurbishment and fit out projects in the Commercial and Leisure industry with values up to £10m?

Your new company will look to pay a salary of up to £65,000 depending on experience with a package included such as a company car or car allowance with healthcare, company phone and laptop.

Planning of programme of works

• Organising of labour/sub-contract labour, and materials within a given budget
• Working closely with Internal Management team ensuring they are kept up to date with project progress
• Ensure training and development courses are attended

SMSTS

• Full UK driving licence
