Permanent Contract - Full time [34.5 hours].

Split between home and our
London Office
(minimum 1 day in office)

Salary Range:
£50,500 - £55,500 per annum**

About the role


In this role you'll be designing end to end human centred digital experiences to shape and support Macmillan's mission - doing whatever it takes to support people living with cancer.

You'll play an important role in developing a centre of excellence for user experience design and embedding human-centred research and design processes across digital projects and programmes.

You'll be part of a team of UX&D designers who collaborate with cross disciplinary teams across Macmillan.

This is a great opportunity to transform the user experience of our digital estate whether in fundraising, donating or supporting people in every aspect of life throughout their cancer journey.


About you

As a user experience designer you'll have demonstrable skills, experience and a portfolio to back them in the following areas:

  • Experience in working through the end-to-end design cycle from problem framing through to delivery.
  • Fluency in a range of UX practices along with excellent UI craft skills
  • Persuasively communicate usercentred design concepts ensuring products are shaped with users in mind.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and good organisational skills.
  • Selfstarter, highly motivated to excel with mínimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in current UX software and tools
  • Figma is a MUST have proficiency.
