About the Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be an integral part of the Client Care Team, ensuring that every one of our buyers has a positive sales journey with Solomon Investment Partners.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure a smooth & efficient sale journey
  • Addressing any client concerns and escalating issues as appropriate
  • Engaging in regular contact with clients throughout their property purchase
  • Create and implement plans to build and improve marketing and communication with clients
  • Working closely with the Director of Client Care to monitor the progress of Developments and communicating these updates to the relevant buyers
  • Assisting with the creation and distribution of informative/educational materials to our client base
  • Proactively approach client concerns and problemsolve by utilising systems and speaking with case handlers
  • Reviewing online review platforms and addressing any negative reviews effectively to ensure a culture of learning and improvement within the company
  • Seeking customer feedback upon completion of a sale
  • Maintaining and auditing team spreadsheets and CRM systems to ensure that all information is input correctly and up to date
  • Providing reports and feedback to the Director of Client Care

Required Experience:


  • Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role with an ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You should have an empathetic and personable demeanour whilst also being able to have difficult conversations in a firm but fair manner
  • You will need to be able to communicate complicated information clearly and concisely
  • Good conflict resolution and problemsolving skills
  • Customeroriented
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to learn about complex products and services and accurately relay to the client in a clear and easy to understand manner
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload
  • Ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail
  • Computer skills, Microsoft packages including Excel, Outlook and Word
