c£40,000 to £60,000 depending on skills and experience

This is an excellent opportunity in the Grimsby area for a highly experienced Private Client Solicitor/Probate Specialist looking for their next career move.

The role will focus on all types of Probate work, including Wills, Estate Administration, Court ofProtection work, Estate planning, Trust advice and administration.

This is a unique opportunity to work for an established and reputable firm of chartered accountants in a progressive environment with a friendly and open culture.


THE ROLE:
Advising clients on all aspects of probate, tax and trust matters.
Advising on inheritance tax planning
Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and Wills would be desirable, but not essential.
Capable of advising on trust creation and administration
Be prepared to travel as required to clients and our other local offices.
Following up new leads
Contributing to the marketing of the tax and probate team
