MIDLAND GROUP TRAINING SERVICES IS LOOKING TO RECRUIT A

PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR

BASED AT MGTS, COVENTRY


MGTS is an innovative and resourceful leader in the provision of workforce development solutions through education, training and assessment providing apprentice training as well as a full range of commercial courses.


Due to continued growth in engineering apprenticeships and commercial courses, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and diligent Administrator, to provide efficient and friendly support as part of the sales or apprentice recruitment team.


The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of post sale documents, helping to implement a CRM System, arrange interviews with potential apprentices and general office work.


Role requirements:


  • High quality organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A diligent and calm under pressure approach to work.
  • Must have excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word.
  • Selfstarter who is proactive and can work on own initiative.
  • Well organised and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Have a welcoming telephone manner.
  • Full Driving licence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard of professionalism.
  • Schedule interviews
  • Collate Delegate numbers.
  • Maintain an organised system for keeping track of work load.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration within the team you work with.
  • Take ownership of work and own diary.

Working Hours:
Part Time, to be discussed with a 12:30 close on Fridays

£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
