Are you looking for a cleaning role that is a little different?


If the answer is yes, then we have an opportunity for you to join the team working at one of our Primary schools where your dedication to the role will enhance the children's learning environment.

Spennithorne C of E Primary School, is a friendly family orientated school where the children learn about good behaviour and respect to others.


Working for NYC as a Cleaning Assistant, you will be responsible for the cleaning duties on site including dusting, vacuuming and the cleaning of sanitary fittings.

Full training will be provided, and the hours are between 15:30 and 19:00 daily, with some flexibility on start and finish time and totalling to 17.5 hours per week over 5 days with no weekend work.

For this you will be paid £11.59 per hour.


In addition to this we can offer the additional Caretaker responsibilities of opening and locking the site, setting the alarm, carrying out premise monitoring and ensuring the site is fully secure.

For this we will pay you an additional £11.79 to £12.38 per hour based on 10 hrs per week from 07:00 to 08:00 and to 19:00 to 20:00.

One applicant may be suitable for both roles although we will consider each role individually.
