Property Manager, Salford,
£20K - £25K - with excellent commission and progression opportunities. OTE up to £30K

We are looking to speak with experienced
Property Managers who are looking to work for an ambitious, growing, and highly regarded lettings and management agency specialist based in Salford.

Experienced in Property Management or Lettings is interesting and will certainly help, but by no means is essential - common sense, a can-do attitude, ambition, and attention to detail are key for this role.

The role will be based both in and out of the office,
so a car owner driver is essential - you will be managing properties in Salford, Warrington, and Bury.

Role and Responsibilities:

Movein and Moveout appointments
Ensuring that tenants got off to the best start
Moving tenants in and turning around the rooms
Maintenance ensuring all of the rooms and houses are well looked after
Liaising with Tenants and Contractors as well as sourcing new contractors
Updating systems, documents, and general administration
Working closely with the Managing Director, to help grow the property portfolio

The property company is a rapidly growing start-up, and therefore duties may vary. No two days are the same.

There is fantastic potential for growth for an ambitious individual, the business has tripled in size in the last 12 months, and they are not finished They promise applicants, as the business grows they will review positions, salaries, and commissions toensure everyone is rewarded for contributions.

Please note travel is required with the role, and applicants will need their own car. They will of course provide parking and a mileage allowance.
