Working with key stakeholders and a professional project management and change team you will ensureefficient, consistent and effective delivery of change activity and the have the opportunity to help create a community of practice through sharing lessons from elsewhere in the public and private sectors.

The role will support the Board and Executive by demonstrating confidence and assurance that the delivery of organisational change is effectively prioritised, on track and that risks are effectively managed.

There are some ambitious projects to get involvedwith and this is an excellent opportunity to balance day to day delivery whilst bringing innovative solutions for the future state of the organisation

A bit about you Whilst our day job is to deliver first class service to our stakeholders on change and portfolio management, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.

You'll be comfortable supporting the Chief Operating Officer with complex and competing prioritises, aiming to ensure effective and efficient change management.

You will be proficient in communicating and engaging with a wide range of internal and externalinterests, building partnerships and productive working relationships.

You will have a strong track record of successful delivery of Change and/or Transformation strategies in complex organisations, delivering cultural, process and system wide improvement.

Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn't always easy.

You will be resilient and comfortable managing and influencing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operationalimpact of what we do as an enterprise portfolio management team.

You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.

As an experienced change professional you'll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
