    We are looking for a talented Executive Assistant to join our team for a specific purpose, 12 month fixed term contract period.

    The purpose of this role is to provide executive level, administrative support and coordination of tasks and activities for our CTO, that will in turn, ensure we deliver a top-class service to our clients.

    You will be required to complete tasks with minimal intervention and within a timely manner whilst giving the CTO and Leadership team complete confidence that all allocated tasks will be dealt with efficiently and accurately.

    The role is ideal for an experienced executive assistant, secretary or senior administrator that can work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

    You will have great interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work well as an individual and as part of a team.

    Key Responsibilities Email/diary management Coordinate travel arrangements Manage monthly expenses Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders Take meeting minutes accurately and tracking all actions recorded efficiently Coordinate and track various activities for the CTO and at times, the wider Leadership team Liaise with colleagues at all levels, on various activities Liaise with clients Organise appointments both internally and externally, via telephone and in person Respond to all other reasonable requests from the CTO and Leadership team Respond to clients' needs promptly and efficiently Know where the CTO is at all times so they can be contacted if required Assist with and coordinate all tasks for Crisis Response cases Proof read a variety of legal and technical documents for CTO and Crisis Response team Create template documents Review and coordinate annual leave requests Handle all other administrative duties associated with the role Qualities Essential:
