We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector.

While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.


You will need to be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their family whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.


Meet our service user


Our service user is a sociable young man in his 20's, that is living with his family in Guisborough and requires care throughout the night on a 1:1 basis to support his complex care needs.


A key aspect of this role involves being vigilant to his care needs, assisting him in enjoying his hobbies, interests and accessing his favourite social activities.

Some of his favourites includes visiting the cinema, listening to music, watching Wrestling, and playing his Xbox.


At home throughout the night, you will provide support with all aspects of his care and companionship, this includes personal care, repositioning, clinical observations and attending to his clinical care needs where required.

You will provide a calming environment to promote a restful night's sleep ensuring his needs and wants are met.


To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following:

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling

Experience working with the following clinical needs is desirable, however is not essential to be considered for this role:

  • BIPAP Ventilation
  • PEG Feeding
  • Suctioning

We have the following shifts available

  • Part Time waking nights
  • 2 shifts per week
  • 7pm 6am
  • Alternate Saturday and Sundays are essential for this position

Take a look at our pay rates

Weeknights:
£13.50 per hour (£148.50 approx. per 11-hour shift)

Saturday & Sundays:
£14.00 per hour (£154.00 approx. per 11-hour shift)

Bank Holidays:
£15.50 per hour (£170.50 approx. per 11-hour shift)
