    Role:
    Customer Service Advisor


    Location:
    St Neots, Cambridgeshire

    Hours: 9am – 5pm Mon - Fri


    Salary:
    £24,400 plus bonus

    Due to continued Growth OA are supporting our client to recruit Customer Service Advisors in St Neots. This role would suit you if you like working in a busy, fast paced role.

    Working in tandem with the external sales team you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of Customer Service is maintained.

    What's in it for you?

    Salary £24,400 plus bonus
    32 days holiday including bank holidays

    What will you be doing?

    You will be responsible for processing of orders
    Answering a large volume of inbound calls
    Dealing with customer queries and handling complaints by phone, live chat and email.

    What we would like from you:
    Previous experience of dealing with large volumes of customer queries via the telephone and email
    Sound working knowledge of Office Applications, especially Microsoft Excel
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Good attention to detail
    The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
