Description

We are a leading charity fundraising, event management and corporate hospitality company specialising in charity auctions, supplying bespoke corporate hospitality and experience packages.

Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for the Product and Experiences Expert to join our growing team.


As a Product and Experiences Expert you will be responsible for sourcing bespoke experience packages and setting contracts in place with the preferred suppliers.

The experience packages could vary anything from Michelin Star dining, and luxury escapes at some of the world's most desirable destinations to hospitality packages across the globe.


You will learn all aspects of the business and have the opportunity to travel with the team, develop your own skillset within sales and events, plus develop from a personal perspective.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Securing the most competitive rates and conditions within the market,
  • Ensure the Contracts and legalities of any documents are kept up to date,
  • Maintaining and sustaining longterm mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers,
  • Managing the briefs to ensure that the contracted package is delivered to the exceptional standards and booking process is clearly communicated,
  • Provide detailed package descriptions to the relevant teams and update where necessary,
  • Act as the key contact for various teams within the business,
  • Working closely with the Bookings team to develop short/long term opportunities,
  • Drive business forward to ensure high standards and exceed clients' expectations,
  • Increase efficiency and maximise performance and value,

Key Requirements:


  • Previous experiences within events or working with a Tour Operator
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and phone manner,
  • Must have commercial mindset,
  • Highly numerate and analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on complex information and strong commercial insight,
  • Must be extremely organised, and ability to work in a fastpaced environment,
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to communicate at all levels with strong written and spoken English,
  • Must have a positive attitude to all aspects of life, including work, physical and mental health,
  • Must be willing to go the extra mile to help drive the business forward,
  • Have Full UK Driver's Licence,

Salary:
From £26,000.00 per year
