Are you a customer focused individual and looking for your next role?


Our client based in Derby are looking for an individual to join their growing business that can hit the ground running.

You will be providing an excellent customer service experience and will be confident at speaking on the telephone to others.

To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

  • Strong Administration skills
  • training provided for internal systems
  • High standard of literacy, spelling & punctuation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service Skills

Within this position, you'll also be:

  • Giving customer support/advice
  • Data inputting
  • Referring successful leads to internal sales team to arrange a site survey
  • Recording all activity on internal system
Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £10.42 to £11.54 per hour

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm with an early finish on a Friday
